1) WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will do our best to notify you via email.

2) CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

 Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details.

 

 3) I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

No Returns/Exchanges. If you believe that you have received merchandise that is considered defective, please contact Customer Service at cs@atoussaint.com.

4) DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. shipping to Canada is available as a selection within the shopping cart.

For all other countries, please contact cs@atoussaint.com with desired item(s) and zip code for shipping costs.

 

5) CAN I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY WITH ANY QUESTIONS?

6) I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THEM TO RESPOND?

Our customer service team aims to respond to your concern as quickly possible. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a representative to contact you.

During releases, please anticipate a slightly longer response time. To avoid any confusion and added volume, please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding your request.

 

7) I PLACED A SUCCESSFUL ORDER BUT WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET? 

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using at cs@atoussaint.com with your order number and full name and we will re-send your confirmation.

 

8) WHEN ARE PARTICULAR ITEMS RELEASED? 

By signing up for our mailing list, you will receive exclusive product release related news.

 

9) DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

We will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

 

10) AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TAXES & DUTIES ADDED TO MY ORDER?

You must pay the expenses for delivery and processing of your order. Custom fees of the country where your order is dispatched from, and import duties may be imposed. You are required to pay any sales tax, customs fee, and import duties.

 

11) I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED OR GAVE ME AN ERROR.

Please contact the issuing bank of your credit card or try again with another card. This error has occurred because the bank has decided not to accept payment and cannot be resolved on our end.
